Release Tension to Apply Tension

Hey all,
I’m just getting my machine up and running again after installing the upgrade kit, and I have a question about the proper workflow for releasing and reapplying tension.

I like to release the tension when the machine is not in use and hang if from a bungie cord so that the belts are all slack. However, after I release the tension, the machine won’t reapply tension properly. I end up having to detach the belts, retract them, and then extend again—which takes extra time.

Is it expected that I should be able to release tension and then reapply it easily? Or is there a different process I should be following?

1.0.4 (released today) increases the number of places that release tension
works.

After the update the workflow is still not supported

Release Tension is supported in more places, but apply tension isn’t yet.

BUT hopefully soon we will be able to apply tension from any state AND load the machine’s position if it has been powered off. Those two changes sort of go together
