Hi again, Ian and @bar . I’ve not had time to keep trouble shooting but today I squeezed a couple hours in. I loosened the screws holding the z-motors to the sled, as per Ian’s suggestion, and that then allowed me to raise it all the way up and get the bit out (don’t have the button pusher so it’s fiddly). I then lowered them all the way, tightened the screws and tried to raise it again. Same problem now persists – right motor is slipping almost right away. Same problem with or without loosened screws now. Here’s a video of what it looks like. Any ideas what to try next?
