Calibration (no heartbeat)

hello, i am 100% new to the maslow world. i was doing the calibration. i got to the point to retract all belts, and then when i try to extend is comes up no heartbeat. and now the only things i can get from it is movement on the z axis.

what could the issue be?

Your web browser session isn’t getting updates from the device. I would reconnect. You can refresh the page and see if that’s all it needs so you don’t have to re-mount the Maslow to your frame.
