Calibration problem with version 80 of M4

I had to recalibrate due to changes I had made. I loaded the latest version V80 and started calibration. It only did the 1st 9 measures waypoints then stopped with “Calibration complete
Calibration values:
Fitness: 1.6749091738627746
Maslow_tlX: 0.1
Maslow_tlY: 2250.6
Maslow_trX: 3636.5
Maslow_trY: 2249.0
Maslow_blX: 0.0
Maslow_blY: 0.0
Maslow_brX: 3632.4
Maslow_brY: 0.0
A command to save these values has been successfully sent for you. Please check for any error messages.”
Only problem it kept on spooling out heaps of slack when I tried to jog.
Ended up loading V79 and running the calibration again. This time it did a complete configuration.

a fitness of 1.6 is fantastic. If you try this again, please download a copy of
the maslow.yaml file so we can see what’s in it (and that it properly saved
everything)

Would have been fantastic if it had of actually worked, but it didn’t. Here is the log file.
Maslow-serial (9).log (3.9 KB)

Did you select 3x3 only? if so I’d try again with 7x7 or 9x9. if you did select more than 3x3, you need to wait after that first 3x3 and it should start doing the next “ring”.

Someone pointed out that I may have broken something with the new alert that calibration doesn’t need to be run again. I’m going to test that today

@ian_ab, will you give this index.html file a try and let me know if it works for you?

I just tested it on my machine and it seems good to me

Ran calibration from V80 with the new index.html file - All OK. attached log and yaml files:
Maslow-serial (11).log (21.1 KB)
maslow (1).yaml (5.2 KB)
Didn’t get the config complete after each intermediate stage, only at the end.

Also it did another computation after it had returned to the home position, (and dropped the fitness a little).
Please note, the offsets in the yaml file are reversed as I have turned the PCB 180 degrees. I will write up why in a separate post.
