what fitness is it reporting? (if it’s too low, it may never get to an
acceptable level and we need to troubleshoot more)

It just finished calibrating! Man thank you so much for taking your time!!! I’ll will try tomorrow how it behaves with gcode for small test but actually i can move it arround! I am so happy, i was about to give up that thing and it was just a problem of setting the right belt length ? ….
It ended up the fitness with 1.28

I wonder if it is work adding functionality in the web interface to help set appropriate size calibration grid and size based on estimated frame size?

part of the problem is that we are still figuring out what works
I think the better long-term answer will be to start in the middle, but have a
way of evaluating how reliable a point is when you take the measurements (how
close is it to what you have so far)
then instead of asking for 9x9 and size, instead ask for how far apart the
measurements points should be, then spiral out until you are hitting points that
seem to be reducing accuracy instead of increasing it.
