I am trying to cut with my Maslow 4.1, I just update to 1.21 when I had to do a teardown and rebuild to fix a gear problem with an encoder. Now I cannot get the Maslow out of extended mode.
It looks to me like you are RIGHT at the edge of where things will pass…like incredibly close, like .013mm off. That is 1/10th of a piece of paper thickness which is crazy.

so it’s trying to pull tight, but the belt lengths don’t compute with the frame
size that’s currently set. did you replace your yaml file when you upgraded? if
so, did you save your old one?
I have tried to run find anchors twice and it will not find the anchors. Retraction force is set to 800.
are the belts pulling tight at every measurement point? was the Z axis all the
way down when you started?
are your anchors at the same Z height as your wastboard? (the default frame
design has the wasteboard and the anchor height the same 3/4 plywood up from the
2x4 frame) if you have them higher or lower, you should set the wasteboard
thickness, positive if the wasteboard is above the anchor (example concrete
anchors with wasteboard above it) and negative if lower (example, plastic
anchors on top of the plywood on the default frame)
the first of these measurement sets had a few outliers where the measurements
were wildly off, the second didn’t, but the best my calculator could do was
-+50mm in calculating the anchor point measurement (the first was -+200mm with
the outliers included and -+140mm with them thrown out), so something really is
wrong with these measurements.
