Cant move Z Motors getting HOT

I update the FW, and Index and now I can not get my Z to Raise to put in the bit. I have Tried to move the Z up and down, setting home and then up nothings working. I just touched the motors to see if there was any feeling of movement, and they are super HOT. How do I go about getting this to raise now?

Z-axis won't move after reassembling my machine and updating to 0.70

I’m not sure what might be wrong. I had my machine apart to install a replacement belt and add belt guards to all four arms. I reassembled today and updated the firmware to 0.70. I was able to retract the belts but I can’t move the z-axis. (I do have Alarm turned off.). When I try to move the z-axis, either up or down, the fan will run briefly but the steppers don’t move. I tried moving the lead screws manually while the power is on and they would not move (and the steppers are hot). When …

That’s not good then I’m going to have to go through a new calibeation

edit the new file to put in the dimensions from the old file

uploaded the new Yaml file, and just reran calibration. Glad I did, I get a better Calibration with the new FW
