Trying to do the test cut and the right side motor keeps winding around the sprocket after the first two cuts on the left side as it moves the sled to the top right…

Check sprocket for burrs, check chain for alignment and slide beam out or in from work piece plane to get chains parallel to surface.
Also check for a stiff link, especially if happening in the same spot.

Found more than one answer.
Check to make sure there’s enough tension on the slack part of the chain. When the sled is in the top right, the amount of chain that’s slack is at it’s maximum and therefore (for typical setups) the amount of tension on the slack take-up is the lowest.
