look at raptor plastic nails, you can break them off with a sideways blow and
they don’t damage the bits if you make a mistake and cut over them.

Thank you everyone. I purchased a cheap version of a sled for cutting wood. Cheap 1/8" aluminum angle. Have angle steel arriving tomorrow to make one out if 1/8" steel angle. I also have T square circular saw cutting up to 24" wide. Tried thin kerf blade but it binds. Have regular 4.5" blade on its way… Maybe I will be steady enough to use. I really like the Maslow4 idea. I feel so close. With new for me, drug for Diabetes I am getting better every day.
I feel like there is hope. I need to be able to take care of my home.

If they worked on any finish nailer I would consider but not if only work in one nailer
Great idea. I was planing on doing just that, but had not considered how it would help frame. Yes they will help. THANK you. Having another idea. Not sure if gopd or not. But with corners being braced. Instead of the four extender boards that need to be bolted. Take a ratchet belt around the frame and tighten. That would make frame really adjustable. Is this idea any good?

Wonder what you think. Take boards and create boarder so that corners are about 18" from corners diagonally. Place a spoilboard on boxes then use heavy duty rachet stap 2" or better around all boxes and ratchet tight. Do you think that would work?
Martha
1x4 boards should give start for boarder around 4x8 or whatever size board being used. When more mobile will work on frame again. Weak from working yesterday. This way whether 4x4 or 4x8 should work and any size between. Maybe as small as 2x2
Martha
After a little thought. Placing 1x4s that were holding the sides. Being relocated on top of box to hold spoilboard. Ratchet strap should not be needed. Even with 40lbs of torque. But thinking slots in boards for adjustment. Looks like I need to use router in some kind of jig. My lack of strength means i have trouble holding. May need router table. Or maybe I can use sled for 1x4s. Yes that should work. Tomorrow work with steel making router sled. This is coming together. Weight of boxes will keep on ground. Spoilboard with needed skirts keep things in place. I was wanting to do that anyway. Double back wood for workpiece. Thank you all.
I appreciate everyone help
Martha
On, I need more help. Thinking about tie points for belts. I have some 3" 90 deg 4040 angle brackets that lopk machine made. As aluminum has a dull finish. Anyway. Bolt one in each corner with a length of 4040 extrusuion for adjustable height. Do otther think this would work?
Martha
when I first ran into them, they were being used in the cheap harbor freight
nailers.
David Lang
Really, do you know what gauge the nails are. I have cheap Harbour freight pin nailer and better Bosch and I believe both are same Guage
Martha
Maybe you can help me. The other day when using Bosch nailer, I had to open nail cover and reclamation to be able to fire next nail. Bring seeds good. Can that be fixed?
Martha
Saw something somewhere where they have a name like f/15. My guess is 15 15 may be the Guage. If so they should work fine in either nailer. Thank you. Now want to find how many per box but looks intesting.
Nope current nailrrs are 18 ga so 16 ga will not work. But Harbor Freight does have a 15 ga finish nailer for about $100. Irdered t nuts and flat head screws. Will arrive end of the week.
they have the raptor nails in various sizes, I only linked to one size of them.
the smaller nails work great for mdf and pine, not so well for harder woods.

So this is an idea for a collapsible canvas for the maslow 4, thanks to Martha for the initial idea.
The whole stack including the Maslow4 but without a spoilboard would weigh about 40kg, this is about the same as a DeWalt combi saw, which is heavy but manageable with a 2wheel kart.
The boxes are made of 12x96mm wood, and a piece of 3.6mm ply in a groove. To make sure the boxes position rightly, there are “LEGO” knobs and indents on the sides.
Maybe a large ratchet strap will be enough to pull everything together and stiff enough, maybe there need to be overcenter clamps or other ways to pull the boxes together. And maybe it will never be stiff enough
Arjen
The stacked boxes measure 509x987x437 mm
