Connection disconnecting mid-anything

I have been having issues with the Maslow where when I connect it directly from its wifi it would disconnect not even 5 minutes later. I thought that running it through say my phone’s hotspot would help with the connection issues, but same thing. I will get mostly through calibration then it will disconnect and then get stuck on fitness for 42 minutes… The only issue that I find is that I had it working before.

In attempt to cut some foam, the calibration was messed with to accommodate it being 2 inches thick. I was wondering if there would be a better way to either connect the Maslow to re-calibrate. As well as to prevent communication loss during jobs. (Why I can’t just retract and extend cables)

Edit: Apologies if this is already written about.
Edit 2: This also results in me being unable to update wirelessly

Hmmm wifi stuff is hard to debug because there are so many different factors and settings that change how each different device handles wifi connections.

Is there anything that stands out which changed from before?

not really. The only thing I thought that had changed was that i went to direct wifi instead of using my hotspot as an inbetween, however that did not work

Direct wifi can be a little tricky because some devices don’t like to stay connected to wifi which doesn’t actually connect to the internet. There might be a setting in your computers wifi settings which would tell it to stay connected even if there is no internet available

perhaps. though that wouldn’t explain why the maslow would disconnect while connected to the hotspot

I’ve also had trouble getting mine to play nice with my phone hotspot, I don’t have a good reason why and I gave up relatively quickly but I had the same issue

I wish i had wifi, but since i am on a university campus, and their wifi service is weird, i cannot directly connect to their wifi. and my only choices are my phone hotspot or direct. but i like your idea of checking wifi settings on my computer. I will try that
