Corners get rounded sometimes, just too fast?

some of the corners that should be sharp are not, is 70-80 ipm just too fast for getting 90 degree cuts good?

possibly, but the only way to be sure is to try and slow down and see what
happens.

If you find this to be the case, there are some acceleration limits in the
fluidnc core that can probably be tweaked to improve this.

it is also going to vary on your material and bit as well.
