I’m strongly considering on backing the Maslow4 on KS but wanted to see if it were possible to cut rounded corners from a full sheet of plywood for the oval shape like the image below (after measuring 24" from end to center/side to center).
There are two things here.

the maslow acceracy (how close to dimension will you get), it’s aiming for .5mm but the prototype isn’t there yet.

cutting to the very edge of the workpiece. Since the sled rides on the workpiece, to cut to the very edge and beyond like this, you will want to put a piece of scrap the same thickness as the workpiece up against it to give the sled something to ride on.
but with that said, yes it should be able to do that.
