Cutting Foam Board (paper faced)

That’s awesome. I have one I have not used in a long time. I didn’t know they made iron on vinyl! Where did you get that? Might have to bring it out!

As for foam board, no those don’t work for it.

I usually buy from a place called ExpressionsVinyl.com but there are plenty of online places that sell it. Even Amazon. I usually see Siser brand in all the sites, and have had good luck with all of the different types of Siser vinyls I’ve bought (heat transfer, permanent adhesive, and removable adhesive). If you are going for heat transfer, I recommend the Easyweed Stretch vinyl. The colors are more limited, but it lasts longer on clothing because it stretches with the fabric.

If you have only used adhesive vinyl before, you are in for a treat when you weed the heat transfer. It is soooo much easier to do since you are not contending with an adhesive on the vinyl. Whenever I make t-shirts with the heat transfer vinyl I always wish that weeding regular vinyl was as easy.

US Cutter’s 14" MH model is on sale for $170US, not counting shipping and extras, could be close to an impulse buy if you’re not on “no new tool” restrictions
