If you are running 0.85.1 you might want to check out this thread and try lowering the tension during calibration to reduce the strain on the motors:

It’s slightly hidden because it’s not something that most folks need to interact with regularly. It’s in the config settings here: [image] This is the specific setting that you want. [image] I dropped it down to 1000 and it absolutely works to reduce the tension in the belts when cutting. 1000 seems a bit too low so I’m going to bump it back up to 1200 and see how that feels.
