I didn’t read ahead in the assembly manual and installed my linear rods with the linear rod clamps already installed. I didn’t realize it was a separate part as they came pre-installed on the sled. So I tapped my rods in. When I got to the next step I realized.
Did I screw up the tension of the linear rod clamps and will this cause issues for me down the road?

Nope, you should be totally fine 
If you do run into any issues let us know and we can send you whatever parts you need, but I’m 90% sure that if nothing broke then it should be OK.

Me too! After inspecting things I saw no damage, and assume all will be fine. Might be worth a wording change in the assembly manual if you have these already placed on the sleds now @bar ?
