So I have 4.0 running 1.04, I have 3d Printed the new belt guards. I have an issue when running g code that the trailing arm will extend too much belt. This has happened now multiple times with different arms. I have done new firmware installation and calibration multiple times. Any solutions for this? I also have an issue that I can’t delete any files from my maslow. This has been going on since I updated from 0.88 to 1.01 with mac installer.

This is an indication of a calibration problem. Did you have the router all teh
way down (and the Z offsets in the settings correct) when you did the
calibration?
what sort of fitness score are you getting?

make sure you have the updated index.html.gz as well.

The router was all the way down. The score was around 07 if I remember correctly. The issue is that i can’t replace the index.html.gz. I have tried multiple times but since updating to the 1.xx I haven’t been able to delete or change the files. Even if I upload it stays the same. Does the installer overwriting every file in the memory including the index.html.gz?

Someone else reported the issue with deleting files too. I’m working on getting that one fixed!
@bar - found it, it was a regression (some how)

Excellent! Great work!
When my Maslow 4 was getting belt slack after calibration, increasing the calibration force seemed to fix it. 1800 was the magic number for me and so far so good. I have a horizontal setup
