All,
I have 3D printed 2x sets of chain guides in the past for maslows with horizontally mounted motors. Did the same mistake twice not realizing by the images that it wouldn’t work for my Maslow which still has the original frame and the motors mounted at an angle.

I give them away to anyone who is willing to pay for the shipping cost.

Is this only for top feeders? It doesn’t look like it would work for a bottom feeder, does it?

You are correct. These are for the top feeders, which is why I can’t use them. They have been claimed and I’ll be sending them out soon.
