Having trouble with a file - 2 smaller files run fine ... did I hit a max size limit?

The attached file is 15073 lines, 618K. It appears to upload fine to the Maslow4. The file is available in the list and I can select it from the SD card.
When I hit the green play button, status does not appear to go to RUN … just stays in IDLE.

Thoughts?

The file is for the dust collector for the maslow4, cut from plywood. An outline and a pocket. Nothing too complex … just a lot of move commands.

I do not know if this matters, but when i open your file it has only small print. I have never seen Gcode with small print, I thought it was always in capitals… But maybe it does not matter at all and something else is wrong.

I think it does matter for GRBL/FluidNC (for some machines it does not matter)

It turns out that I had the Step down set to 0.5mm instead of 4 mm. I re-ran krabzcam and the file works (also attached for reference).

If 618K is not too large … any other ideas why the original file would not display an error, but still do nothing?

The smaller files appear to load fine with lower case, so I don’t think lowercase is the problem.
