I bought the maslow 4 on Kickstarter, the 4.1 as well. I follow the forum, have watched everything on youtube and read every newsletter. I really enjoy the spirit of the maslow cnc.
I have assembled the cnc but not yet started it up.
The reason being simple, I procastinate and whenever a new problem occur with a new machine i just wait for more energy to deal with the problem since i know that a lot of time and focus is needed to find a solution for even the silliest problem.
One solution to this that might benefit me and you is an onboarding process/consultation time. A person that i can hire for a fixed cost, like 50-isch dollar an hour, to help me solve some issues over a video call.
Does this sound interesting and would somebody be interested to be this expert? To be the person who solves all my problems.
Welcome @Hugo_Hultin ! I’m personally not a good fit what what you need, I’m a Maslow beginner still.
However, I’ve seen similar asks like this on similar forums. Are you looking for someone to help with getting going via Zoom/remote-software, or, in person? If in person, are you ok with sharing what town/city you’re near? Maybe someone nearby with a good match of experience, time and interest is in a position to help?
Weekly Open hour(s) session, similar to Adafruit’s weekly “Ask an Engineer” sessions could be helpful for Customers, and the Engineering team.

I am willing to help, but am not sure if I will be able to answer everything you
need. some of it may devolve down into “I don’t know, you will have to try X”
This sounds amazing! Om not asking for a know it all, just somebody to shorten the starting process. How would you like to do this? Should we start e-mailing or do you prefer some other communication type?
