What kit do you have (where did you get it, what controller and sled setup)? Have you looked at the manual in the wiki or seen any of the setup videos linked from the manual? Maybe check that out. there is a wiki entry on the basics of arduino IDE software to get your firmware installed. If you still have questions/concerns please be as specific as you can.
