Ah gotcha…That means that the initial values for the width and height of the frame are off by enough that it doesn’t feel safe to go forward. It’s a little pickier about that now because I discovered that was causing some of our problems.
The solution is to tweak the width and height a bit and then run it again
It will do this to protect itself if the initial values for how bit the frame is are too far off. We were finding that some folks were having trouble with it eating belts if the entered dimensions were too far off from reality so now it will auto shut down.
It looks like your first run was off by +136 and the second one was off by -137 so I’d try spot on in-between those two
But what values do I adjust? tlX, tlY, trX, trY, etc… It’s unclear to me.

Okay, so from a user standpoint automatically saving the values is SO MUCH NICER. What fitness value should we be looking for?

It will automatically warn you not to use anything less than 0.5 (although honestly 0.4 would probably be OK) and then on the high side I never get more than 0.9 or so with a full 9x9 grid.

Well, I wiped maslow settings and set up an 8’x8’ starting point. Definitely did not do too well. ended with Fitness: 0.2340798 and stopped after second ring.
The values in here for the first guess where fitness on the 3x3 ring was 0.53, but they were not close to the actual values I started with on the last calibration from WFD’s calculations. So if I were starting from scratch / rough guesses, this is the result… I’m going to go out and measure within an inch of where each point is (assuming square, which its NOT) and see how that does and post back again.

You don’t have to mess with those settings directly. If you click on Setup → Config there is a nicer interface:
But at the end of the day it does the same thing.
I wouldn’t change anything and just run it again. It learns from past runs now so the second run will pick up where the first one left off.
K, I’ll try it for a 3rd time once home. It went from 0.47 to 0.49 from one to two.
