Just about to cut the final sled

In the gcode given for the final sled design, what size tool bit is used? I am guessing quarter inch.

The one from the assembly instructions. Already cut it using a quarter inch bit, but it would be nice to specify in the instructions.

Good suggestion. I’ve renamed the gocde file to indicate the bit size in pull request #4. I didn’t change it in the instructions because if you are generating your own gcode from the .svg files you can choose any bit size

I would suggest you try the final sled Here that has the center hole not completely cut out. It helped me tremendously with getting the router perfectly centered. It also states the size of the bit used as @bar mentioned.
