Going through the assembly directions, and I notice the four magnetic encoder boards I received are in one sheet (i.e. the tabs are holding it all together; see picture). Seems possibly unintended (?), so figured I’d mention it here. Presumably I just need to cut them out; snapping them off by hand seems a bit treacherous.

it was the same for me, I do believe it’s intentional
you can easily cut them off with a small saw blade

If you look closely you’ll see the tabs are perforated - I needed hardly any force to snap mine on the perforated line (I cleaned them up with some sandpaper after though).
