I’m sure this has already been answered somewhere, but does anyone know what tolerance the Maslow 4 can cut to roughly on something like 12mm plywood? Like how accurate is it?

Per the Kickstarter, the listed precision is ±0.5mm (1/64in)

That is what it’s aiming for, it’s not able to do that yet. The thinking is that
this is a software limitation that can be improved over time, but we don’t know
what the current software is able to achieve.

Would like to back the project, but i’m missing information about shipping and taxes for Germany. Is there a shipping cost estimation somewhere? Is the customs tariff number already defined and published?

Hey Mario, you can see the shipping price when you choose the reward and specify your country.
We know nothing about German tariffs, unfortunately, so can’t help you there.

Customs tariff number is a declaration of “what kind of a product” it is. That is international and not German taxes specific. With such a declaration i could check for German customs.
Thanks for the hint regarding shipping cost. Had a some bad experience with Kickstarter campaigns and did not participate for a few years.

Yes! We will have them for sale again once we get close to shipping to our Kickstarter backers. We want to focus fully on that for now, but they will be available for purchase again soon. Join our email list if you want to be notified as soon as they’re up for sale again.

It should list your batch number if you check which reward you selected on kickstarter. I’m not 100% sure what the interface looks like from your side.

Does anyone else have a screenshot or anything of where to look?

@bar Which batch is “insider edition”? I assume it’s kind of like batch #0?

Also, there are 2 “Maslow4 Full Kit Batch #1”, one with a “SOLD OUT!” text on the image, and the other one with a “Batch #1” text. There’s only 1 backer for the “SOLD OUT” one; I can only assume the other one (with 300 backers) was the “correct” one.

Yes exactly. It was only open for the first 24 hours. I expected it to be at most about 100 people, but we crushed that goal :joy:

Yes, we accidentally made Batch #1 without setting a shipping price and someone joined it before we were able to fix it
