Does anyone have experience cutting HDPE or other dense soft sheet plastic? I am aiming at cutting 1cm thick sheets probably with a 1/8 inch two spiral upcut standard bit. I would assume slower spin, several passes?

I do cut hdpe but not tried it with Maslow yet.
Typically I cut at 4000 rpm and 750 feed. Depth of cut on 6mm cutter. 3mm per pass. Use very sharp single flute or 2 flute cutters. Single flute is best. I hope that helps
