What kind of materials have you all used?? I’m interested to find out if people have used anything other than sheet goods and what your process was. Any hardwood board users?

Yes, there have been people posting hardwood projects (and tree slabs and
aluminum), you just need to have boards of equal thickness about 6" or so below
and 3" or so to the side of where you are cutting for the sled to ride on.
experiment with feed rate to make sure the router can cut as fast as you are
trying to move.
