New connection problem

is 192.168.0,1 correct?

That is correct (well . instead of ,) if you are connected to the “maslow” wifi network. If you are connected to your home WiFi network then you will go to maslow.local instead or to the IP address that is being blinked out by the blue LED.

Is there any way to reset Maslow from a connected network? What is the USB C port for? When the blue lights blink out the ip address, what does it blink for zero? For a .?

Maslow will always connect to the network automatically if it’s available. If the network isn’t available then it will create the “Maslow” WiFi network so the easiest way to set it to not connect to a network is to turn off the WiFi network (so it can’t connect) or move the machine somewhere else (again so it can’t connect) and then turn it off and back on. The Maslow WiFi network should appear then.

You can fully reinstall everything back to factory settings using the USB port and a windows computer if you want. That would also set everything back to the defaults

I am at a loss, I have reset everything and still nothing. I have no idea what the blue lights blink for a . so I can’t manually go to a page. How do you do it through a USB cord?

Do you have a windows computer? I can send you the file to reset everything over USB

Yes I do.

If you unzip this folder and then double click on “Full Install.bat” with the machine plugged into the USB port it should re-install everything and set it all back to the defaults

Have a feeling this is windows BS but… Any ideas? Maslow is plugged into the wall, USB is plugged in.

Did you extract the contents to a folder before clicking on the “Full Install.bat” file? The screenshot makes me think that you double clicked on the zip file to preview the contents.

Well it was extracted but must have hit it in the zipped folder. When I click it in the extracted it started working then I got to this page and don’t know what to type.

Oh snap it is starting to come around. I was able to get in, I updated the yaml file and in the middle of the firmware. Do I need to update the index file where I did the yaml or where I did the firmware???

That file should have installed the latest of everything so no need to update any of the files :grinning:

Let me start this with an old saying…It takes a village to raise an idiot!!! I would like to thank this village…all of you guys are wonderful! I think everything is good to go…until (idiot!) the calibration started and I realized a major problem. Watching the last calibration video @bar did…I realized my router power cord is 180° from the vacuum port. I may have my arms all wrong. I may have to disassemble everything…deep diving now to see where problem is. OMG!

So it looks like I just screwed the base on 180° off. I think if I just unscrew the towers I should be able to spin it…correct???

Yup, that’s all you should need to do

So I thought too. Lol. I will admit I am further along than ever. I do everything like the video…when I hit calibrate it retracts all 4 belts till right. Then the top 2 belts release a bit of tension then the machine throws up nothing but emergency stop triggered messages. Then I have to turn off the machine start over again and same problem.

This week’s update (or 0.70.1+) should make that error message more clear. What it is running into is that the initial dimensions entered for the frame are too far off from what it is measuring so it stops the calibration right away to prevent it from going wrong.

I even measured from anchor point to anchor point and then added 50-60mm. I saw in your calibration video that it should be somewhat close in size.
