No motors working during Retract All

I am going through the 1st calibration steps to Retract All the belts, and the fan runs for 3 seconds before stopping. There are no errors, and it says for each “Top Left pulled tight with offset 0.00”
I read the previous thread of someone with a similar problem, however since I’m not getting any movement from any of my motors, nor am I able to pull on the cables to move anything, I’m beginning to wonder if the motors are binding due to incorrect installation? Such a bummer because I followed the instructions very carefully.
Is there a way to test if the gears are binding or now? If I try to pull the

Here is a previous thread I read through, but it doesn’t seem to address my problem.
([SOLVED] M4 - Motors will not retract during calibration).

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I can’t imagine taking this whole thing apart at this point.

UPDATE - I changed the retraction force to 2100 and problem solved!

I suggest you extend the belts out as far as the will go (Hold them from returning while doing a retract all then extending again). Then do a retract all and let them go all the way in. This will pack the belts. You may then be able to reduce the retraction force. As the M4 wears in a little it requires less retraction force to operate successfully.

I’d recommend you follow the details of my previous post, as this sounds exactly like our scenario, including the fact that at 2100 they now seem to work. The problem is, 2100 is too high, and you’ll likely run into issues elsewhere. It sounds like the gears/shafts are binding.
