[FIXED] A single belt won't retract during initial calibration

EDIT: after looking at some other forum posts, and fiddling with retraction force threshold and retract/extending a bit, i was able to fix this relatively easily.

Just completed the build of the Maslow, and doing initial calibration. The first step of calibration is to retract all belts. Using the ‘Retract All’ button in the UI, i was able to retract 3 of the 4 belts. The 4th belt does not move at all. Below is a video showing the behavior.

Are there some troubleshooting steps I can take to determine the root cause? Like logfiles, specific serial output I can capture, or some troubleshooting section of the UI?

EDIT: I’m also checking out this thread, that reports a similar issue, with much discussion:

if you hit the test button, does it show that it senses the motor and encoder?

beyond that, it could be a mechanical issue with the arm (too tight, the motor
too close to the idler, etc.) it would probably be a good idea to disassemble
that arm anc check it.

Thanks. I was able to fix the issue monkeying around with extend/retract and retraction force values. But now I know what test does! thanks!
