Only one z-axis motor turns

Hi there. I think I may have a bad board. Only one z-axis motor turns. When I swap the plugs, the other motors turns, indicating that the issue is the board.

Additionally, due to my own mistake, I have damaged a belt. It looks like the belts are currently out of stock. I’m guessing I can make do for a while with my damaged belt, but is there any idea of when belts will be available again?

The belts should be back in stock in the next day or two, they are on the way to the warehouse now.
