Since 2 weeks i ordered a kit on he website, despite several emails, i cannot get any reply, i dont know why my order didnt ship. PLEASE HELP ME!

I deleted the image to keep your personal info off the internet, but I have your order number.
I talked with the warehouse in China and they say that they think it’s already shipped and they are working on sending the tracking number.
I am really sorry that it is taking so long, we will absolutely not be working with this warehouse again in the future.
