PCB Mounting Plate doesn’t really fit

@geertdoornbos - Perhaps if the bracket were modified to rotate it just enough, one way or the other, so the orange (power) connector and the cord are clear of one another>

it seems to me that if the PCB were simply rotated anti-clockwise, the router’s power cord could simply come up vertically between the connections from the PCB.
