I was able to make the 2.5 work. there are some small gaps but it works fine.

You can see with the 1.5 that you need to cut off the tabs that interfere with the acrylic sheet. See photo

Gotcha. I think that the real fix there is that we want to make that acrylic piece from 2mm acrylic instead of 3mm. It sits proud of the sled by 1mm.

I just screwed mine in place as is and it works fine although there is a gap which isn’t ideal
