Problems with arm motor

Hi everyone,
I ran into a issue with one of the arm motors. It’s my first proper run and halfway through one of the motors started rotating of it’s own base. Please, any help on this issue or has anyone else run into a similar situation?
Ps. as a new user on here I can’t attach files, so will update as soon as I can

Thanks for your solution. I haven’t taken it apart yet. I can’t show you a video so it’s difficult toshow but it’s not loose from any scews I installed, it’s the base moving against the planetary gear.

There are a couple of cases where the screws attaching the gears to the motor
were not tightened properly in the factory. That sounds like what you are
running in to.

I’ve seen that happen too. The gearbox bolts onto the motor and those screws could come lose. It’s a hassle to tighten them though because they aren’t easily accessible all the way on the bottom of the motor
