(SOLVED)4.1 wont set internet password and keeps disconnecting a few seconds after i join its network

it keeps kicking me off the maslow wifi and refusing to set the password for my wifi in the settings, and after kicking me off it so many times it makes me unplug it and plug it back in just to be able to connect again at all, ive managed to retract and extend the belts because it continues without connection but i dont think i can currently get it to stay connected long enough for it to use the laptops computing power for the calibration

suggestions:

the wifi password must be 8 characters or longer.

these are the settings you are changing:

does the password have any odd characters in it?

set it to sta → AP so that if it can’t connect to the network it brings up it’s
own network as an AP, then put in a password like 87654321 and see if it lets
you save it.

If it lets you save that password, but not yours, there is probably some special
character in yours that the javascript isn’t handling correctly.

where we had to use pen to modify dozens of t-shirs and a couple thousand
programs because we didn’t realize this requirement.

Happy to help, could you write up all the suggestions that we made into a little
