Maslow-serial (3).log (3.5 KB)
These are probably telling us that your maslow.yaml file is out of date. Basically it’s trying to read information from the file which isn’t there.
I’m not sure if fixing that will have an impact on connecting to the internet, but probably not
oh alright, thank you, on the new maslow.yaml files do i still need to put in the estimated size of the cutting area? and as far as the internet it just won’t save the password for some reason
Nope! That’s not needed anymore.
I’d grab a totally fresh .yaml file from version 1.15 (because a lot has changed) and copy over just your anchor point location values
what would those look like?
also is there any know fixes for the wifi issue?
You can find them here:
These are the values that we care about:
You can write them down and then re-enter the correct values in your new .yaml file.
If you post your old Maslow.yaml file I can tell you what they are too
maslow.yaml (5.2 KB)
You want to input these values into your new maslow.yaml file
Maslow_tlX: -1.800000
Maslow_tlY: 2373.100098
Maslow_trX: 3570.800049
Maslow_trY: 2381.800049
Maslow_blX: 0.000000
Maslow_blY: 0.000000
Maslow_brX: 3571.300049
Maslow_brY: 0.000000
Maslow_tlZ: 100.000000
Maslow_trZ: 56.000000
Maslow_blZ: 34.000000
Maslow_brZ: 78.000000
I haven’t heard of anyone encountering that issue before. Does it show the green check next to the value after you set it like this?
it does show it but it dosent save for some reason, one time it even said it failed to set it
That is very very strange! hmmmm
I had to manually type my SSID name in and click set ( then make sure to click the Save button at the very top ) . What was confusing was there was a way to browse nearby wifi ssid but there didn’t seem to be a way to select one to populate the field; so I manually typed it.
Type out your password in notepad or somewhere you an see you are entering the right characters… copy that to clipboard and paste into the password field. Less chance of error that way.
where is there another save button?
I think there is a save button on top of the page.
i cant find it, could you screenshot it for me possibly?
Can you try changing the name to something like “test”? Maybe there is some issue with the name like a special character and the machine is rejecting it for some reason?
