Finally got my encoders all working (was having trouble with them pushing instead of pulling during extend all.
Setting up for some repeat work carving 8 shields for a viking themed event. The left side 36 is rough but the verticle lines out to 44" are straight as an arrow. Looking forward to the next cut!
Looks good! What do you think fixed your push to extend issue?
Not sure. The day before all four belts were locked up in push to extend, today it was just top right. I extended the belt out by pushing it and then retracted all the belts again. Tje next time I extrnded all top right was working normally.
I think Bar is close to an answer with the floating encoder pin. I just haven’t brought myself to wanting to tear the arms down again to attach the jumper wired to ground.
This is a great idea to aid in alignment.
