Disable connection monitoring during file uploads and add progress logging

This PR implements automatic disabling of connection monitoring during upload pr…ocesses to prevent heartbeat timeouts when uploading large files. Previously, large uploads could exceed the 20-second heartbeat timeout causing the interface to disconnect while the firmware was busy processing the upload. Additionally, this PR adds upload progress logging to the Serial Messages area, providing visibility into upload status even when the interface is locked during large file transfers. ## Changes Made ### New Utility Functions in `socket.js` Added two new functions to manage ping state during uploads: - `disablePingForUpload()`: Temporarily disables ping monitoring and stores the original state - `restorePingAfterUpload()`: Restores ping monitoring to its previous state ### Upload Process Integration Modified all upload processes to use the new ping control functions and add progress logging: **File Uploads (`files.js`)** - Ping disabled in `files_start_upload()` - Ping restored in `files_list_success()` and `files_directSD_upload_failed()` - Upload progress logged to Serial Messages at 10% intervals - Start and completion messages logged **Firmware Updates (`updatedlg.js`)** - Ping disabled in `StartUploadUpdatefile()` - Ping restored in `updatesuccess()` and `updatefailed()` - Upload progress logged to Serial Messages at 10% intervals - Start and completion messages logged **SPIFFS Uploads (`SPIFFSdlg.js`)** - Ping disabled in `SPIFFS_UploadFile()` - Ping restored in `SPIFFSUploadsuccess()` and `SPIFFSUploadfailed()` - Upload progress logged to Serial Messages at 10% intervals - Start and completion messages logged ### Upload Progress Logging All upload types now display progress in the Serial Messages area with detailed information: **Example output for a 100MB file:** ``` [Upload] Starting upload of large_file.gcode (100.00 MB) [Upload] 0% (0.00 MB / 100.00 MB) [Upload] 10% (10.00 MB / 100.00 MB) [Upload] 20% (20.00 MB / 100.00 MB) ... [Upload] 100% (100.00 MB / 100.00 MB) [Upload] Upload completed successfully ``` This provides visibility into upload progress even when the interface appears unresponsive due to the communication lock. ## Key Features - **Respects User Preferences**: If connection monitoring was disabled by the user, it remains disabled - **Robust Error Handling**: Ping monitoring is properly restored even if uploads fail - **State Management**: Safely handles edge cases like multiple upload attempts or already-disabled ping - **Comprehensive Coverage**: Applied to all upload types (files, firmware, SPIFFS) - **Progress Visibility**: Upload progress is now logged to Serial Messages at 10% intervals with file size information - **Status Updates**: Clear start and completion messages for all uploads ## Testing - Built successfully (125.58 kB output) - UI loads and functions correctly - Ping state properly managed through disable/restore cycles - Edge cases handled (already disabled ping, failed uploads) - Upload progress logging verified - Messages appear in Serial Messages area at 10% intervals - Progress includes file name, percentage, and bytes transferred - No breaking changes to existing functionality ![ESP3D WebUI Interface showing Serial Messages with upload progress](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/270f9bc2-f0ea-45f5-9160-616f30348355) The implementation ensures users can upload large files without experiencing connection timeouts while maintaining the security benefits of heartbeat monitoring during normal operations. Users can now monitor upload progress in the Serial Messages log, providing visibility even when the interface is locked during large file transfers. an earlier version of this was tested

it disables the connection testing during uploads, but instead shows that communication is locked during an upload.

since that test, logging progress of the upload was added, but not yet tested.
