Tiny holes for fiber optic (LED & light pipes)?

I’m interested in using my forthcoming Maslow 4 to attempt to make a fiber optic sign. My idea is to use the Maslow to cut tiny holes in the face of the sign and then “wire” the holes up using fiber optic light pipes going to an addressable LED array powered by an arduino or pi.

Does this sound feasible? Can the Maslow be used to cut super tiny holes with something like a 1/32" bit for an application such as this?

Yes, you should totally be able to do something like. With the previous version I would have said no, because the z-axis was too slow, but now that should be very reasonable.
