Turns out, its the small things. That folder path that WebControl was looking for didnt exist, and since I did not know how to tell it to look in the correct place, I created the folder path it was looking for, and now it has Holey 51.27 installed.
Thanks so much for all your help, it was actually great to see how all of these programs function. Now its on to cutting and the next obstacle!
