Will a Dewalt DCW604 fit?

Hello

I’m just starting my Maslow journey… I already have a DCW604 router. It is a 18V XR Brushless 8mm / 1/4" Compact Router. Would this be suitable for the Maslow 4.1?

If yes, would it work out the box or would it require me to make a mounting plate?

the maslow arms ride on the body of the router. what is the diameter of the
router body and how long is it.

I belive the maslow is built around a 4" tall body 67mm in diameter.

Yes, it should work, I got one to test and it worked, but the battery is a bit of an issue because that is normally right where the controller board mounts so you would have to customize things a bit.

It’s a brushless motor which is pretty nice and a bit quieter, although it’s still not that quiet.

Basically it’s not a drop in replacement for the DW611, but it should be possible to make it work if you are committed to the idea.
