Based on the picture, this is for a top-feed configuration.
It would not be a significant change to adjust the screw-hole spacing and rotate 90 degrees to make it a bottom-feed config.

Could any one do that for me, please?
Do you need one printed?
I am using this chain guide with my frame setup and can totally recommend it. Even when the chain is not parallel to the working surface there is no skipping.
Must have mod IMO
