Anyone use a super pid?

I have a super pid router controller left over from another cnc build and was thinking I would like to use it with my upcoming Maslow build. I can’t tell so far if I can use the r2200 router with it. Anybody use one?

I think the R2200 has an electronic speed control on board. Would this be necessary?

Advantage of SuperPID is you can run a standard router at 5000rpm, instead of the 10-20k of most router speed controls.

It’s different in that it is closed loop. It has a sensor to measure rpm so you can actively control rpm.
