I’m trying to calibrate for the first time and I can’t get the motors to turn. I’m try to move them to the 12 o’clock position but they won’t move.
Do you see any warning messages when the machine connects? Do you get good results when running the Test Motors/Encoders function under the Actions menu?
No warning messages. I’m not getting any movement when I run a test motors. I have checked all of the wiring connections
Were you able to connect OK? Can you post a screen shot of what Ground Control looks like when you first launch the program?

It’s working now. I unplugged everything and plugged it back in and it worked fine. All of the motors passed. I don’t know what it was but I’m glad it’s working. Thanks for the quick response Bar! I really appreciate it!
