I have my maslow 4.1 setup in my garage which is currently reading around 50F, but I don’t doubt may get a bit colder at night, so I was wondering if the brain of the maslow can handle operating in such cold conditions as far as being potentially below freezing without potential condensation issues or other issues arising?

I use mine in an un-heated garage that is usually about 30-40 degrees without any issues. The brain should be fine into very very cold temperatures (cold is actually better for it).
Some folks have reported that in really cold temperatures the rubber of the belts can get less flexible and more brittle, but that is at quite cold temperatures
