Figured I would get a start on Christmas and get a larger cutout done.
Ended up with 4 wise men, since the first one I cut inside the line instead of outside, grrrrrr.
I definitely should have taken the time to switch my 4 inch work hose adapter with my 1.5 inch home adapter, what a pain clearing chips was.
Also, have to figure out something better for cord management, really need them to dangle from the middle on a rewind coil or something, but I muddled through. Sled ran up onto the cords a couple times.
Other than that, no issues, when it got close to the edge, I would just counterbalance it with a couple of fingers, worked ok, I should have made some shims for it to roll off onto, but oh well, these are just for home decor anyway.
Yep, they will just be a simple white to match the nativity and all white lights on my house. Until then, will just dream of cooler weather during this Texas summer.
This looks really good! The cuts seem to be very close to the edge with no visible errors.
Is that a full 4x8 sheet?
What measurements did you use for the anchorpoints?
Did your table with 8x11 flex too much with the corner extensions?
Yes, that is a full 4X8 sheet. The spoilboard is just floating on the anti-fatigue mat underneath, gives plenty of friction, but I did screw the sheet down to the spoilboard in 2 places just to hold it.
The frame is roughly the same size as my 8X11 table, a tiny bit bigger just to accommodate convenient anchor point location. The table and concrete anchors actually give me very similar fitness scores (around .5), I just have floor room at my home garage that I don’t have at work. I plan on getting slightly longer bolts for my floor anchors that should improve my floor fitness.
