Just an update for everyone, there was a suggestion of trying another pc.
Tried it, hey presto!!! One fully working Maslow cnc. Well almost. I cut my final sled and found that the circle wasn’t truly a circle, it was oval by about 2-3mm. Strangely the same amount of error on the small holes as well as the main circle for the sled. I’m going to re calibrate once I have my new sled built up but is this kind of error normal.
I’m just happy that it runs at the minute without stopping constantly.
