Do you have some time tomorrow that we can talk and assist me through this process? I have been also talking with Bar Smith to try and do a face time or share screen with me to make sure it is done properly. I am thinking maybe the board is not working properly.
I will be available all day tomorrow in my shop.

Our time difference might be an issue but I’m working on a win10 manual for Firmware and GroundControl.
I did both installations on my life partners win10 laptop with all screen shots.
Could not finish it tonight but tomorrow night I can finish it.
For live things Thursdays and Fridays would work for me.
Great I’ll be at the shop all day Friday. I really appreciate all the help. For some reason I don’t know why the USB is not showing up. I’m not sure is something is wrong with the board. I’ll take some photos of my set up so you can look also.

Attached are photos of my set up. Photo 1 shows the power light and photo 2 shows the light on the top left when I plug in the USB but it does not register on my computer as an attached device. This is what makes me think that the board is not working properly.

The screenshots make me think that the perhaps the only issue is that the Firmware is not extracted.
Anyhow, Bee tested with me apper.in and it did work well. You can chat and share your screen.
If you give me your time zone and a time we could meet there and give it a try to figure things out.

@stratts We had users before struggling with the firmware upload, and me going into to much details is not meant in a bad way. This was all new for me and writing a tutorial from a newbie perspective (me on win10) gives me the hope that I covered all important parts to get fresh users from 0 to cutting.
The attempt for a Win10 tutorial is here and I welcome all critics. Perhaps @mrfugu can use some of the more serious parts for the wiki. (on a side note, if there was a badge for community contribution, this guy would have it in bronze, silver and gold already).

Sorry for the delay in getting back I have been on the road with work.
