Cut my first three dimensional build today. I didn’t have autocad so I opened the .dxf with Inkscape. The dog bone pocket width was off a bit for my thickness of plywood so it isn’t super sturdy but I thought I would show it off anyways
The stool design is from opendesk.

Looking good!!! Thanks for sharing, it gets bleak when the forums are just full of trouble shooting, it’s great to see things that are built

Thanks Bar! The best way to way to work out the kinks is to keep making things.

Love it!
How deep did you run the dogbone into the wood? I’m guessing the plywood you used was 3/4" thick?
Thanks,
Gal
I did use 3/4" ply and set the depth to 1/2" inch for the dogbone pockets. For the pockets check the width as well. My width was 1" rather than 3/4" which made the stool a little flimsy.
