Unfortunately had a issue with the cut so had to finish one off by hand. Because the precision was not great I painted them to try to hide the cuts not being totally even…

How’s your calibration? My tolerances are so close that I literally have to pound my interlocking parts together. Your project looks fun!
Hi, calibration is ok, did another batch on plywood this time, was a much nicer cut but by z axis played up again so anther hardware problem to sort out but find editing the gcode difficult to understand.
